RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. All stock items may be returned within 15 days from date of delivery. All returns must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges for undamaged items are not refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bespoke items are non-returnable, unless damaged, and no refund will be given.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
You can cancel your order before despatch at no cost. Orders which have already been dispatched will be subject to the returns policy above. Bespoke items may be cancelled before being processed. These will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee on the total amount. Bespoke orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled and are not subject to any refund options.

DELIVERY
Please allow 14 days for delivery. The boxes will be shipped by courier and the bags by first class post. All parcels must be signed for, please make sure you are available to do this. Delivery costs are on top of the sale price and will be added at the checkout. Estimated prices for delivery are below. Sandstorm bags: standard delivery £5; next day delivery £15. Boxes: all boxes are delivered by courier and should be with you within 48 hours of despatch. The cost is £26. N.B. The prices above are estimates and may not be the final shipping price.
